Upon booking your first visit, you will be emailed an intake form regarding your health history to complete before you attend your appointment. All of your information is kept confidential. Please enter the building for you appointment no more than 5 minutes early. There is seating available to the left once you have entered the salon. At the appointment, there will be a written consent form. I strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your appointment with communication and consent being top priorities. Each massage treatment is unique to the individual receiving it, and feedback is encouraged during the massage to tailor the treatment to your preferences.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid a financial penalty. If cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 1/2 the price of the appointment will be due. If you no show for your appointment, a no show fee of the full amount of the appointment will be due and must be paid before any subsequent appointments will be booked.

Etiquette

​

-Patients who arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the premises and will NOT be treated.

​

-If you are a cigarette smoker, please refrain from smoking for at least an hour prior to your appointment and wash your hands before treatment to reduce any lingering smells that may affect the following patients with sensitivities/allergies.

​

-There is a zero tolerance policy on inappropriate behaviour and comments. This is a healthcare setting.

Payment

​

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. I accept debit payments via tap/chip or cash. Credit cards are not accepted. I do not direct bill, but a receipt will be issued to you if you would like to make a claim through your extended health benefits.

Due to Massage Therapy being a part of the medical field, tips will not be accepted.

Covid-19 and Massage

 

*Masking is optional* - If you would like me to wear a mask for your appointment, please just let me know beforehand and I will be happy to comply.

For everyone's safety, it is requested that you do not come in for an appointment if you have symptoms of Covid-19. Please                    to read the symptoms and find out what to do if you may have Covid. Thorough cleaning practices have been put in place to minimize the risk of transmission. While I will be washing my hands before and after each patient as always, the patient is also encouraged to wash their hands before the appointment begins. Hand sanitizer will also be available.
